Long Range Systems UK offers simply the best warranty solutions in the
world of paging and communications. Often you will have issues with some paging companies who
simply don't stand by their products as they might. And there's a
good reason for that. Ask yourself why someone selling a product
might not want to cover warranty longer than they have to? The
answer is reasonably obvious. But Long Range Systems (LRS) UK is
different. We offer a new for old warranty on all of our paging
equipment that we make.
And our warranty is FOR three years with
an option for 10 YEARS!
Why buy other products with inferior warranties?
Imagine having
a three year warranty where others offer usually just one or two
years maximum... our warranty kills competitors dead in the water. Don't expect to see this any time soon
from distributors or those Chinese products out there - it won't
happen. LRS UK ONLY.
LRS UK was the first to introduce a two
year warranty in the UK, later we extended that to three years for
the benefit of UK customers.
But now we have set another goal
post for others to follow (which we're sure they will not - just ask
them) which is an optional 10 year warranty. Rechargeable batteries carry a
3
year warranty - but are low cost and easily replaceable in our
equipment right here in the UK. Conditions apply.
Our warranty excludes
instances where (for example) you might drive over a pager with a
fork lift, or maybe the pager gets damaged with water. But if you
have a genuine warranty claim where there is a manufacturing defect then
we promise to solve that problem under our warranty. Typically the
value of our warranty adds high value and after market value (if
ever you want to sell it) to the LRS product.
Please note
that Terms apply for continued warranty and for the optional 10 years
warranty. If
you do not send the 'voucher' back included with your system
purchase (included in the product
packaging) agreeing to our terms then warranty falls back to our
standard warranty terms which is extremely generous anyway.
Why this LRS product:
Why? its reasonably obvious. The real question should be 'Why buy anything less?'
