We suspect that if you have used equipment from other companies in the past, you might not have had the same support or warranty (3 years from LRS UK) as offered by us. And that extends to the quality of products as well as pricing too.
Our scope of products includes alphanumeric, conference call, emergency, leather cases, watch strap pager holder, PC software, two way radios, restaurant, sms text, vibrating, waiter call, walkie talkie radios, windows, wireless buzzers and beepers. Our Pager Call Systems (sometimes known as Pager Call) are not available anywhere else in the UK and we handle all warranty work and customer support right here in our offices in Stoke on Trent.
Are you actually dealing with the REAL LRS UK?
Believe it or not there are competitors that 'pass off' as LRS! And we're going to draw the attention of our customers to these companies once and for all. If you see other websites and companies using the LRS brand as part of their 'promotion' it really needs calling out. Watch for this company on Google:
THE COMPANY ABOVE ON GOOGLE IS NOT LRS, NEVER HAS BEEN AND NEVER WILL BE.
Note that their company logo is different, that they do NOT sell LRS products of any kind, and are clearly misleading people in to contacting the wrong company. Be aware that there are many 'cheap' or inferior brands out there but there really is only one LRS!
Other Considerations
Finally please consider that we only sell one thing - paging systems. There are dealers and more recently distributors who sell more than one brand of equipment (which often competes with other brands they sell) and this is usually because neither brand is effective, reliable or cost effective. They usually offer products that in environments where microbes are concerned there is either no protection or maybe an ad-hoc application of 'door handle' protectant. Hardly where we see effective protection - microbial plastics introduced by long range systems is the only truly safe option.
Our UK offices have been open since January 2001 and we have continued to expand the range of products available and the industries we supply continually since that time.
