T9561CT Colour Transmitter for guest, customer and patient paging

One of the problems that exists with any type of paging system is that customers, guests, patients or other users have no idea how long they might be waiting once they are given a pager. And that applies to ALL paging systems. But in 2024 LRS introduced a customer guest pager that could show different colours to the customer.

Here in 2025 Long Range Solutions of Dallas Texas USA has introduced a new colour transmitter to work with the CS7, CS8 and the CS8 text messaging pagers. This transmitter, the T9561CT as its called is really a transmitter that can send different messages to the pager to notify customers about a number of situations. For example, if the customer ordered two items (as an example), maybe a pizza and some takeaway hot soup, when the pizza is ready the pager can flash green, and for the soup it could flash blue. But that's just one example of colour paging in action.

But it is possible to take the colour aspect of the T9561CT and the CS series pagers further. By using the T9561CT messages can be sent to a particular pager easily and simply. And if you think of a 'traffic light' system then it might make more sense. If the pager has a label describing what each message means then they will easily understand the message. For example:

The 'Traffic Light' system is simple to operate too. Message red while they wait, message an amber 15 second (continuous) flash when they are nearing the collection time and then message a green message continuous when the item is ready for collection. While the system is manual with the T9561CT transmitter, it's possible to keep track of orders with the LRS Connect application to stay on top of notifications.

The LRS T7471 transmitter is capable of connecting to a PC with LRS Connect. LRS Connect is being updated and may include automated notifications like the above or not, but it will likely be released this year.

The T9561CT transmitter from Long Range Solutions is based on tried and tested technology. It is developed specifically for customer type of pagers. The T9561CT can message up to 999 pagers. And its leading feature is that it can message customer or guest pagers with specific colour messages as described above. The transmitter can be rechargeable with internal battery (optional) or mains powered. Range is easily up to 500 metres in open air. The T9561CT pages to our guest ruggedised pagers like the CS6, CS7, CS8 and even the CS8 Alpha colour text messaging pager. As a low cost transmitter there is simply no equal for features. Many brands tend to either cut back on the number of pagers that can be messaged or operate on reduced power or both and compared to this unit they are inferior. There are no competitive pagers with multicolour and text messaging that works in this way. The T9561MT operates on UK OFCOM compliant frequencies UHF for commercial quality interference free paging. Why this LRS product:

This is a high quality, low cost transmitter with the colour option and can transmit around 500 metres. Power is from either 240v mains or you can have an optional internal rechargeable battery at extra cost. It is possible to message a pager or all pagers if you need to. Note the different messaging times and with red, green, blue, amber, purple and white plus a multicoloured message makes the system powerful for many uses. You can check the range also with a simple range test mode. You need an OFCOM license costing £75.00 for five years use.

The T9561CT is fully CE and other compliant.

Similar to the T9561MT but has alternative messaging and colour paging ability to the CS7, CS8 and CS8 Text pagers. TheT9561CT will still message the CS6 also but the CS6 pager has no colour support. Other features generally remain the same.
